I don't have a Profex but reverb is always last in the effects chain.

On the other hand, you should never stop experimenting. Sometimes, when I'm bored with my playing, I start plugging in effects boxes and then turn them up all the way.

So, create a separate program where the reverb is first - and see what happens.

Last, but with delay it will mud your sound out.Too much effects rob the tru natural bite of a steel on
stage.

I was just wondering about this the other day...
I am using an Alembic F2-B (no effects loop).
I have been going steel>reverb>f2b>power amp.
Anybod go to the pre-amp first, putting the reverb between preamp and power?
