Mike.
I have a session 500 that is in restauration. And i dont have the potknobs (ye know the grey,black,blue, and maybe white).
I have contacted peavey parts, and they responded once and they asked the serial number, and i said that i dont know it yet but soon i will get it. and i wrote in the mail that ill show it in a picture. And no responce after that. so Mike do you have any clue of these knobs . _________________ Sandwich Productions

Hello Jani,
Sorry for the delayed response, but I just returned home from the Texas Steel Guitar Jamboree. The original knobs were made by a company called Rogan(spelling?). We may have one color but I believe that our stock has pretty much been depleted. I will let you know when I return to work this week.

Jani, Texas is always fun! Just as I suspected, the Rogan knobs are no longer available. However, we do have a replacement knob that will fit. It is #70900413. This is the only replacement that we have at this time. |

Mike, I tried e-mailing you and the e-mail returned. I recently bought an old Session 400 amp. I think it was one I had years and years ago. It was supposed to work, but when I plugged it in, there was a terrible hum. Can you e-mail me the steps I need to go through, or should I just send it into to the boys at the factory? |

Keith, I am sending you a schematic under separate cover. If you cannot locate the source of the hum, I suggest that you send the chassis to us. The address is;

Deviating from discussions of speaker availability for a moment, it's hard to imagine any other manufacturer having the involvement with the musical community demonstrated in this thread. Mike, you da bomb. (You too, Ken).
