Is this Buddy playing steel with Linda Ronstadt?

I also ran across this one...it looks like Jeff Baxter playing congas with her.

Was that argument ever settled? For those who missed it the first time, here is the link:

Lee, yes, that argument finally was settled, by Buddy himself (it's him). It also was generally agreed that it's not fair putting Linda Ronstadt in that dress in front of a bunch of prisoners! Shocked (This show was at a Tennessee state prison.)

Was there a different link before? In this one the picture is distorted, squashed inward from the sides like a funhouse mirror, for me. Is it my player, or does it look like that to others, too?

Like all others have said, Buddy on the first vid (the hands give it away).

On the second vid, it sure looks like "Skunk" Baxter on congas, but it also, most definately is Richie Heywood of Little Feat on drums. The two back-up singers look familiar, too. Possibly Minnie Riperton in the gold lame' suite. What'da ya'll think?

Keep on pickin'!

I think it's the Skunkster on the congas. There's a pedal steel in front of the conga set-up, Jeff was probably playing congas, since that song has no steel. I wonder why, since the lead on the record is two parts, that His Skunkness didn't play twins with Andrew Gold?
