I will be singing at the Family Wash in East Nashville this Wednesday with Kayton Roberts as my guest. We did this last month and it was great.

For any of you that aren't familiar with Kayton, he played with Hank Snow for 30 years and can make his D-8 Fender sound like everything from an pedal steel to a banjo to castinets, upright bass, marimbas, vibes, electric guitar, crying babies, trumpet, train whistles, oh, and straight steel guitar, too.

Classic Country and Wester Swing.

Chris,
I think that this will be a great experience for you having a great, veteran steel player like Kayton to back you. Cool

Kayton said that he was going to get up to Joliet for the HSGA convention. We are still anxiously waiting on that to occur.

Would you ask him when he plans on coming to the HSGA convention? We are dying to have him!!!

Aloha, Smile
Don
