I have been using Jagwires for several years now, more especially Tommy White Artist Series. For the past two months I have been using the Paul Franklin Jags. Although there isn't much difference in the gauges, the way they feel under my picks is perfect. I like a little more tension and this is the first time I have used the .012 for my G#. There is nothing wrong with the Tommy White series but the Franklins are my strings now.

Thanks Mr. Franklin, Mr. White and everyone at Jagwire Strings for their products.

Wonder why the .018's instead of .017's ? Just curious.

I've used them for a couple of weeks and I love them. Very balanced sound. The .018s sound a bit fatter to me than .017s.

I use the same gauges as Paul except on the 6th string. I have .022. Lot fatter sound with these gauges. Jody.
