There's a nice article about him in the March/April issue of AARP magazine. In the late forties I spent a lot of days in the municipal swimming pool where they blasted Les Paul and Mary Ford songs all day. That was heaven to me. |

Thanx for that, Gary! Archive is one of my favorite sites.
Their version of Summertime was nice. I prefer Les' playing of the last few decades over his prime time material w/Mary, but there was some of that here as well. |
