You can email us at turnupthesteel@aol.com
Also a word about Joan. I unfortunatly missed her set dueto a migraine, my loss. But I had many people tell me on Sunday that she had the best tone of any player there. This does not surprise me at all. I also had many of those same people tell that she played the best they had ever heard her. Joan is a world class steel player that holds her own with any steel player. Let us all give her credit where it is due. I know many players that would give their left arm to play one 10th of what Joan can play.

I've never had the pleasure of hearing Joan play except for one vidio clip,

But you're wrong about the one 10th Johnny, I'd settle for just a third of that! Very Happy

Johnny, I have been a fan of Joans since the first time I saw her on the old Cush Case videos. We have just come to expect killer tone and great playing from her. My wife Phyllis, caught her in person and told her how much we enjoyed her set. Sorry
I didn't post here to let everyone else know. Consider it done, now. Why I even saw Bobby Caldwell put Tommy Morrells hat on her at Snyder several years ago and she still kept her composure.

Joan's musicianship is beyond discussion. I like her as a PERSON. Even in this community where everybody outdoes each other to be nice, she is one of my very favorite people.

Johnny, you are a very lucky man.
