The February edition of the recorded continuous airing of "Swingin' West" has just come up on the Internet on twangtownusa.com. It will be on 24 hours a day seven days a week, over and over, for the entire month.

The theme for this month, February, is Western Swing artists doing country songs. Among the sounds you will hear will be from Scotland’s The Mending Hearts and Germany’s Hermann Lammers Meyer.

You will enjoy Randy Brown, Les Gilliam, steel guitarists Mike Sweeney, Don Sulesky and Mike Headrick and of course the legendary name in Western Swing, Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys with Gene Gasaway on vocal.

Also heard are cuts from new CDs by Ben Chesney and Ray Harrison. There is also the fantastic River Road Boys with Jim Johnson on vocal from Texas, Gunsmoke with Nick DeMaio Sr. on vocal from Connecticut and Girl Howdy from Massachusetts. There is also rare piece of TV history by the Miller Brothers Band. The show closes with the theme featuring recently deceased Western Swing legend Frankie McWhorter.

The recorded edition of "Swingin' West" can always be heard by clicking the mouse on the appropriate spot on the bottom of the home page of the "Swingin' West" web site, www.swinginwest.com

Thank You!
