A friend just sent a CD copy of a Vetco LP from 1979: "Shot Jackson and Frients."

Anyone know who played pedal-steel on that record? Actually some of the electric steel could be non-pedal. Maybe there was more than one electric steeler.

There are indeed 2 steelers on this record, one pedal and one nonpedal. I can't recall their names and my records are packed for moving. By the way, the Travis style guitar is played by Merle himself.

Hmmm, that's one I,obviously, missed. I'll have to call Donna Jackson & see if she has a copy of that one.
