If I'm Gonna Sink intro?

I'm having trouble figuring out the last part of the intro of Paycheck's If I'm Gonna Sink. Here's the way I play the first part (this had to be tabbed from memory, so between that and my limited tab writing experience it might not be on 100%) in the key of C-

Anyone have the full intro tabbed out, and/or a different way of playing it? I really dig this lick.
