Goodrich info needed

Anybody have a schematic for a GR volume pedal?
The specific one I am looking for has the power supply box on the power cord and uses two vactrols (optoisolators) and three transistors.
I have one here with a bad supply that needs fixin'.
If not, a DC ouput value (DC Volts) of the in-line power supply would help.
