F/S - Fender 400 Steel Pedal Guitar

I have a Fender 400 single neck steel pedal guitar (blonde lacquer finish) with 8 pedals/8 strings (Patent Pending model). I bought it when I was in high school in the late 50's. It has been stored in its original case in my parents' home since the mid 70's. Case is in excellent condition inside and out. Guitar is in very good condition. Just needs a good cleaning.

Would prefer local pickup (suburban Chicago area). If shipped, it should probably be 'crated'.
