I don't think its Buddy. Buddy's more of a groove guy with tighter technique and rarely uses pedals in this manner to play single note stuff on C6.
I think I hear the added middle D in the tunning, so Im going with Terry.

If it isn't Buddy then I'd say it's either Loessberg or Terry Crisp but to my ears that's definitely Buddy's style for playing jazz that's being copied either way.
The drummer on this track is real swinging. Good shtuff. |
