First of all, let me say hello to everyone on the forum as this is my first post. I've been reading the forum for some time and am very impressed with the community spirit.
Does anyone know of any good pedal steel teachers in the North West of England? I've been playing just over a year and am finding it hard to guage how I am progressing. I haven't even met anyone in person who plays it yet!
Many thanks,
Robbie |

Hi Robbie,
Welcome to the forum. Barry Gaskell is a great player and lives in Cheshire. Put a search on here for his address as he does add to threads on the forum. Whether or not he teaches anyone I don't know.
Cheers

Robbie, glad I could help. There are many DVD tutors on the market, but one to one tuition is always the best. Cheers

Hi Robbie
Try Alan Cook in Stockport - he advertises lessons
alancook@ntlworld.com
Alternatively - buy all and anything by Jeff Newman
and teach yourself. |
