Here's a simple version of an old gospel song on my MSA Legend using my recently acquired Hilton lightweight volume pedal and the BJS 15/16 x 3 3/8 bar. The reverb is Boss RV-5 and the delay is Guyatone MD3. The ending outro was done on E9th.

Very, very nice, Greg. One thing, though - you forgot to tell us what kind of picks you used.

Kevin, I really want to do some newer songs but I just can't find one that I like as much as the older ones.
Fred, I'm from NW Penna. and I've watched enough TV to understand your lingo and thanks for tuning in!
Lee, the REAL secret to the sound is the hybrid push pull moccasins I wear. You can just feel the music through your feet and that's important when your ears ain't what they used to be. The picks are so old and wore out they look like scraps of metal. No one in their right mind plays with 30 year old National finger picks like mine!

Well, Greg, now we know I'm not in my right mind. I've got 3 pairs of Nationals that I got back in the late 1970's. That makes them how old???
I switched to Pro-Picks for a while and just recently "rediscovered" how great those old Nationals are. |

Hi Greg: A fabulous job on the beautiful" There's Power In The Blood". The last group I played with were all Blue-grass Country Gospel; Our lead singer was a preacher whom played flat-top and mandolin; a little banjo; me on my Sho-Bro Resonator guitar and a couple of youngsters on rhythm. We loved playing for the small churches in our area.
Greg, your guitar sounds fabulous; Do you like the Hilton Pedal; have never spoken to anyone who has one. I'm seriously thinking of purchasing one. You are a great steel player, Greg.. Thanks for sharing your talent with us..Bernie _________________ 2007 Zum S-10; 1967 Sho-Bud [ D-10 ]; 85 S-10 Sierra; 1953 Multi-Kord [ 6 String- 4 pedals ] A Sho-Bro six String Resonator Guitar; Nashville 112 Amp; hilton Vol. Pedal |

Greg-That MSA sounds great. I still have my National silver Picks from 1938. They are so thin that I am afraid to use them now. But I have always kept and used Nationals. I got a few pairs to last me...al. _________________ Michigan (MSGC)Christmas Dinner and Jam on my 80th Birthday.
