I just wanted to say, Tony and Bonnie came by the studio yesterday and we had a chance to visit. What a terrific couple! Sweet as they can be. It was an honor to meet you both, and I assure you, if I ever come Charlotte way for anything, you'll be the first to know about it. I sure hope you both had fun; I know how boring it can be to just sit and watch music on a clinical level...

Tony seems like a good, and helpful fella around the Forum, and I'll just drop in here to say so, and say hello.

In a recent thread, Tony said:
"But at the end of the day opinions are like Belly Buttons..."

Now, that ain't the way I've often heard it, but I kinda like it.
Besides, to my knowledge,....nobody has ever called me a belly button.

I have a great deal of respect for Toni, He is a very talented guy and a good steel teacher. I've probably gotten on his nerves at times with some of my questions about the steel but not once has he complained about me bothering him.A great guy all around. I just feel fortunate to live less than 50 miles from him in case I need further instruction.

I met Tony in St. Louis in '06, and found him to be very friendly and witty. And his video clips speak for themselves when it comes to his talent on the pedal steel.
