MARTIN
1997
SPECIAL EDITION - SIGNED BY CF MARTIN IV
SP000C-16TR
This exquisite guitar's articulate tone is full and precise, yet warm. It is an ideal guitar for intricate fingerpicking and lead work. The satin finished mahogany neck feels broken-in as your hand glides from one position to the next. The slim body size makes holding this guitar an intimate comfortable experience. Tasteful snowflake, iron cross, and oval abalone inlays adorn the fretboard and bridge. Martin's traditional black and white rosette is set-off by a rich ring of abalone inlay. The solid Sitka Spruce top and E. Indian Rosewood back and sides join with faux tortiseshell binding - a cool visual theme. Gold Gotoh tuners compliment the gold headstock logo. The soundboard is perfectly quartered and silk laden, the honey hued "ageing toner" finish gives the appearance of having been gigged for years. This guitar looks sharp but not ostentatious. It sounds fantastic. It plays with you, not against you. It is an ideal guitar for the picker who works the entire fingerboard.
Includes under saddle Piezo pickup.

Would also consider a trade for the right dreadnought guitar. I prefer cedar topped Rosewood.
Thanks
