I just have to put this in here, especially as hard as this gentleman worked to satisfy his buyer (me). James Quackenbush, is one of the best guys I have delt with on this forum. I just purchased a guitar from him, and the delivery company had a lot of "ISSUES". James was on top of them like ugly on an ape. He made sure that I got my guitar ASAP, and gave those people, as they say "down the country" for their sloppy work. And another thing, the guitar was everything he said and more. Don't ever hesitate to buy anything from this man, he will give 200% to see you happy and satisfied with whatever he sells you. Thank you for your time, and thanks again James for the great job. |

I bought a steel from James , and it got "lost" in a nightmare of Canadian customs brokers. He went WAY out of his way to make it work. Drove many trips , many miles , threatened legal action , etc... I asked him if I could thank him on the forum , he said no thanks. Humble as well. A great guy for sure. |
