Peterson Strobo Flip Settings?

When tuning E9 10 string with the Peterson Strobo Flip which setting should I use SWT se9 or SWT oe9
and what's the difference between the two settings.

Carl with the OE9 the E's are set to 440 (0.0) and with the SE9 the E's are sharped approx 442 - 9.8 I think!

I try to program this 1/2 down, but for some reason it does not seem to work.
I have followed the instructions, but still, the half step down setting does not seem to work.
Any ideas?
I want to tune my steel down 1/2 step, e. g. C to Cb.(B)
