Curious here as to what three tab books/pedal steel books would you choose to take to an isolated spot,if you could only choose three.
The poll below might serve as a guide for our treasured instructors/writters.

I have a little of all in my learning library.I have a very good jim loessberg cd/tab set on e9,Dick meiss with dvd and tabs(including rhythem tracks),Bruce Bouton dvd only,Doug Jernigan dvd(e9&c6) with tabs.My favorite learning tools has to be the up from the top series by Jeff Newman(I have all 3 a&b pedal,d lever ,and f lever)Great professional made video with split screens and rythem tracks plus tab books.there is one other very good tab book with cd that has helped me a lot(i let it go with my Carter starter)I cant recall the actual name but it is made by Dewitt Scott(Scotty) published by Mel Bay.It is for the basic beginner but has a wealth of knowledge and simple riffs on many everyday traditional songs.
