BW 1203-8 vs JBL K120-8

I have one of both speakers and am considering trying a 12 instead of the old 15 workhorse. My power amp delivers (supposedly) 260W into 8ohms. I have both closed back and open back cabs for a 12. Any experience or ideas on this one?

The BW will definitely handle the high power better. That BW is pretty sweet. Maybe not as sweet as the alnico JBL, but really it's a very nice sounding, smooth speaker.
