Could someone describe the differences between these 2 amps and review the Bandit 112 for me? Thanks very much in advance.

Dave, this has come up from time to time. Do a search in the electronics section for 'bandit' and several threads discussing it will come up. I've owned both of these amps and they are very different. The NV112 can be cranked up loud while remaining clean and it has a warmer voicing that is more pleasing to most steel players. (which is what it was designed for) The Bandit will sound comparitivley brittle and sterile with steel guitar and it won't have the headroom of the NV112 either. I liked mine well enough for six string electric although my preference would always be a tube amp for that.
