Hi everyone..BOY I am one happy picker.I have always heard on here that PP are very good. So you know how it goes..Boys with their toys.So you guessed it.I had to have one. For all you guys that like to keep track of where all the guitars go. I recently bought a singe neck(1367) from Al Vesel. Just as Al advertised, it was very good condition and thanks to the excellent packing that Al did,it made it to Maine safely. But it needed to be set up by someone who knows about push pulls.
Now I live in Maine and everyone knows that Maine is at the end of the earth( well..maybe Chris Ledrew is on the edge).. Who would ever believe that there is a push pull guru in Bangor named Dana Flood. He is very knowledgeable about the steel guitar world and it is easy to see that he loves push pulls. He gives my guitar complete overhaul(with 2 new knees added and lots of Emmons parts. Absolutely beautiful and set up perfectly.
It sure is great for us steel lovers to have guys like Dana to keep these old guitars going. Its as good as new and looks like new!!!!!

Here is my D-10 that I have owned since she was brand new in 1975. After 20+ yrs of hard road life, I had Mike Cass do a complete refurbish job a couple of years ago. Smile

Thats real nice Jim.
Don't you just love it when these old guitars are brought back to look and play like new. I love the look of the old Sho-buds that some of the guys on here refurbish too. Just beautiful.
