hi stu,

yes, i'm 2 miles down rt. 28. did you know that the hotel burned down last summer? the shell is still standing there in town as all sorts of parties try to figure out who owns the building. it had gone out of business about 9 months before......

thanks roger. i knew i could count on one of you.

i was thinking about trading it for a u-12, but i'm leaning towards a restoration now......

That list is partially correct, but not 100%. e.g. I had D-10 PP S/N 1464D that I bought new (it was assembled after I ordered it) in the spring of 71, but according to that list 1464 is a 1970 model. I've seen other posts about the list being "iffy".

My understanding is that the list gives the year the endplate was serialized. The end plate was then put on a shelf and may not have been immediately used. That might explain the discrepancy in years. The list was given to us on Emmons' letterhead so I assume it is accurate.

I was in Dutchess county in 76-77 and some of this is bringing back some fond memories of that part of the country. A beautiful place. (Off topic, I realize...)

What about Single Neck Emmons Push-Pull models? Do they have a separate S/N schema? If the schema is different; where in this information available?
