I talked to Chuck Brittain and unfortunately he only has 3 inch ones. i need a shorter one and I need it to be able to fit their retainer ring due my arthritis. So if someone has one they may want to part with drop me a line. The other option would be if someone can make a bar around said ring..

thanks!

What diameter are you looking for? I've got a 2 3/4" X 3/4" Phoenix that I don't use much. The only 2 7/8" X 3/4" bar I've seen is the Broz-o-Phonic or maybe the Dunlop Jerry Byrd model. Good bar for lap but they are chrome or stainless steel.

My favorite for lap steel is 2 7/8" X 7/8". Very rare but great for a reformed pedaler!

My Broz-O-Phonic is 3". The one in the picture, second from right is my modified Broz that I drilled out to lighten weight and shortened to 2 7/8". You might go this route and have the hole drilled to fit the retaining ring.
BTW, Chuck has a Red Rajah listed on his web site that is 2 3/4 X 3/4. Would that work with the retaining ring? I have had several Black Phoenix bars and the new improved double coated Red Rajahs are as good if not better.
