Hi All,
I have a Sho Bud Pro II Custom. For some reason, I noticed tonight all of a sudden the 1st string was returning sharp when I engaged my LKR to raise it +1.

What might be the cause? The changer was recently oiled, I put a new string on it, and I haven't noticed it before. The underside is tight with rods, etc. but I don't see any actual binding when I engage it.

Any input greatly appreciated,
steve

Make sure that you haven't got any threaded section of the tuning rod catching on the pull finger.

Check your rollers and oil them.

thanks, lads. turns out I had the wrong gauge on the string for the raise. Works much better now. Thanks for the advice!
cheers
