hi everyone;
I am still new at this trying to change tuning to open c tuning.

I can get it partially but does not sound right.
I am using a standard guitar tuner.
Should i use a chromatic tuner as i can not get the
open c note on my tuner.

Thanks
Leo

Leo,
Part of the key is having the right set (gauge) strings for the tuning (C6th)if that is what you are referring to. Go to "Just Strings" on the internet and order the right set. A chromatic tuner helps also. If you mean open C than you will need a different gauge set. I will let someone elese address that who uses it more.
