For Christmas I received some Joe Wright instructional DVD's from my daughter. One of them had a slight problem. I wrote to Joe through his website and his response was very quick and he corrected the problem at no charge.

Most people complain about bad service; I want to give credit when I receive exceptional care and Joe provided it.
