This caboose belongs to Tommy Spurlock and I am listing it for him. The interior has been redone in beaded wood and the exterior was covered with vinyl to help protect the wood. It is sitting on it's original wheels.

It would make a great studio, music room, bed & breakfast, shop, cabin or office.

He's asking $9000.00. The buyer will have to have it moved (It'll take a crane and tractor/trailer rig).

You can get more info by emailing Tommy at>

Thanks for looking.

Is that a push-pull or all pull caboose?

How's it tuned? How many pedals and knee levers?

Please close. It's been listed in a more appropriate place.

It's hard to tell by the photos, but it's an 8-string tuned to B6th with 9 pedals and 2 knee levers. Sounds great run in stereo through a Peavey 400 and a Music Man 130-watt amp.

Thanks for looking. GP

I would leave it on here for a while. You never know. Many of us steelers are into trains also. If I had room (and lived closer) I would have it on my property. It would become a one of a kind control room for my studio!

John, I'd leave it up, but Tommy has decided to list it with a company that brokers railroad cars. If I had the bucks to spare, it would be in my pile. It really would be a unique control room. - GP
