Well, we've just dispatched the three new tunes to my webmaster.... for posting on the JERRY BYRD FAN CLUB site.

The first one needs some of your expert help. Is that B-11th tuning?
Or C6th tuning?

The next tune you olde timers should really get excited about! It's a tune that was recorded in December 1947 but never released until now. Some of you may have already grabbed onto it but for me it was like Xmas in January.

My great friend in Dallas, "Michael", was kind enough to share with me and the JBFC for all of YOU to enjoy.
THANK YOU Michael!

The last tune is 'me', recorded live from the bandstand and is there for all of you to enjoy or slam, whichever.

Hope you get to hear them.

Very Happy
Ray, I'd be thrilled to hear those songs by my late idol; Have I told you before, Ray, that I belonged to the JBFC back in the 1950's; Just ran across some of the bulletins the other day; all had a personal note written by Jerry, himself. What do I do to join your RANKS once again.. Thanks so much..Bernie Laughing Whoa! Rolling Eyes

Hi Ray and Bernie !! I had written to Jerry at the G.O.O.in 1948 and Jerry forwarded my name to Millie Annis in Michigan who ran the JBFC and I joined then and stayed on till the end !! Wish I had kept all the old journals !! They were filled with great info and pictures !! Rays new JB site is fantastic !! Good luck to all with everything !!
