The songs of Ole Hank never die and keep
showing up here, there and everywhere.
I recorded this one today on straight E Major
tuning after working out the chord progression.
..amazing what is possible on this basic tuning
The instrument of choice here is a six string
Yamaha with the raised nut for Hawaiian style.
This would work well also on a E Major Lap
Steel BTW.

Same tuning on a familiar tune which
would be a great introduction for
those wishing to persue Thumbstyle playing.
