I just bought a Artisan 6 string Lap Steel for a neighbor. Can someone tell me what it is Worth and the correct tuning and what strings I should use on this Beautiful looking Lap Steel. It is Red in color and it sounds real great.I will ne4ed some Lap Steel Tab if anyone can help I will really Appreciate it. Thank You

guitar is worth 50-100$ brand new.
I havent found alot of lap tabs out there especially for open tunings but heres Brads page http://www.well.com/user/wellvis/tab.html

some tabs and tunings there.

Samuel,

As Ben said, Artisan lap steels are currently sold by Musician's Friend for $50 for the no-leg version (EA-1) and $80 for the leg version (EA-2).
You can use any set of electric guitar strings, with the string gauges depending on what tuning you want to use. I have a list of tunings on my web site.
You can do a search in this forum and in the Tablature forum for various contributions over the years. If you're looking for specific songs, let us know which ones.
