A while back I posted a topic reguarding a tuning I came up with-
E
C#
A
F#
D
C#
B
Bb

I got some good feed-back as to what it would technically be called, but it is still up in the air. Here is an example of one way to use this tuning. It is a song I wrote entitled "Flight Of The Blue Manu." here's the link

Hi Anthony! LOVE the record BTW Very Happy "Flight of the Blue Manu." I've bought them as gifts. Don't know about the tuning but I'm sure someone here will. Merry Christmas!

I like it, man. Lots of slick little things in there. Plus, the Andy Iona-like vibrato is a winner.

Very nice.

The tuning is tough one to name. How about Dmaj13#5? Maybe Bmin11/Bb (read B minor 11 over Bb). I don't know, but you can bet it's yours.

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for the compliments, and for taking the time to listen to the tune, if you are at my myspace page, look to the left side and underneath my pic, and the box that says "send message, add to freinds...etc" there will be a little box about 2" by 1/2" that has a play button, and the title of the tune...hope it works!

I think the play button is a conspiracy so you'll have to go out and buy the record Winking JUST KIDDING! I've had no problems.

All of you saying more! please note: You can buy his "Flight of the Blue Manu" CD and it's very good. I know Anthony and his band from their shows and really enjoy their work.
