I recently had an opportunity to build a website for a friend who owns a local machine shop. In lieu of paying for my services we did a bit of bartering so I had several parts for various projects manufactured as my pay. He made quite a few more of these bellcranks than I needed so I am offering some here to those of you that have a guitar with 3/8" square cross-shafts. I know the Zums, Williams, Carter(?), and several others have this size shaft so they should work fine. (I know they work very well for the Zums and Williams anyway.) They are about 3/4" longer than the Zum bellcranks (shown on the right in the picture below) and have 10 slots for extra leverage. These should provide faster, or softer, pulls on your guitar depending on where you place you pull rods. Bellcranks are $6 plus postage. Please send any questions you might have directly to me at tommyd@mindspring.com to avoided tying up traffic here on the forum.
Thanks
