B0b - you know, of course, that we do sometimes take you for granted. But never intentionally, at least not by me. This place was just the musical kick in the pants I needed. I teach in the Info Sciences College at Penn State, and I hold this community up to all the IT people I work with as a model example of "How to do it right." I see lots of internet communities out there, but none that bring practicing people together like this one.

Thanks, and a very Merry Christmas. Smile

BTW - Terry's right. It's cold and annoying here in PA this winter, so far at least.

Me too, B0b...I have learned so much from this Forum. I am so fortunate to know some of the best steel players in the Portland area...and they have been so helpful to me, most notably Doug Jones and Harley James. Thanks so much for making the Forum what it is...it has been a GREAT help to me. Smile

The way I see it, 365 days a year are Christmas on b0b's Forum. Look how many shiny information packages are under the tree all year. Then too, I've been lucky to have made contacts with steelers who I feel are friends, even though I've never met most. An electronic village, that's what it is. Thanks & Merry Christmas, b0b, steve t

Bob,
Someone might have done as much for pedal steel, but no one has done more. Thank you for this special place. Oh, and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, too. DS

Yours is a tough and often thankless job (you're a little like the Pedal Steel Guitar Police!) but where would we be without you!
Merry Christmas b0b!
