Folks, I have this guitar on Ebay. I didn't really know what to ask price-wise, so I figured it was the best place for it. I will send a donation to the forum upon auction's end, in thanks for the exposure of this thread.

By the way the auction's going, it looks like someone's gonna get a good deal. It's a no reserve auction, so it's out of my hands unless I decide to pull it. Smile

My estimate is that it's worth $586. Very Happy

Actually that's a lot cheaper than I bought the two in England for. I bid on this one but it went over my budget.

I did bid on this one but it went over my budget, given that I already have one.

I would have kept it at that price. I know it ain't a Stringmaster, but one in really poor condition went for $200 more just last week. Strange. Maybe I didn't have it visible enough. You live and learn. I would have liked to get $650......oh well.

Too bad you didn't get it, Alan!

...that's what happens when you don't put a reserve price on it. Crying or Very sad

I would have given you a lot more for it in a few months, but I've just bought several instruments and I'm spent out for now. The ones I bought in England went for about $900 Sad

Ha-ha......I might as well have a laugh. I find that things usually fetch what they're worth with or without a reserve, but I was proven wrong in this case.
