Hey Folks,
I got back earlier today after a journey into the savage heartland of old Central Florida, "Cracker Country", as it were, somewhere way out in the woods between DeLand and Eustis. Anyway, after obtaining said tree, my wife, some friends and I, returned to our home, after stopping off for some fine Mexican food first, of course. Soon after returning with the procured tree we statrted in on a fresh batch of the old family recipe eggnog and put on our first Christmas CD of the season. The CD was Crash Test Dummies Jingle all the way.... This CD had some mighty fine and pretty steel playing supplied by none other that the SGF's own Bob Hoffnar, at least that is who the steel is credited to on the liner notes. Outside of Bob's great playing, the rest of the CD was some great Christmas fun stuff.
Thanks a lot Bob for helping get my Chistmas season started. Great playing on a, certainly non-traditional, but nonetheless fine Christmas CD.
Duncan
