I'm very much looking forward to playing through one of Brad's Revelation Preamps tomorrow - hooked up w/ a Mosvalve power amp.
Anyone willing to share their favorite settings?
I'll probably try it out first with an older P/P and rhwn maybe a newer Zum.
Many thanks,

HI Matt.
There are many different settings used which vary by players equipment and personal likes.
I have stayed pretty well within Brads suggested parameters.
vari z at 1 oclock,
3 way bright / dark switch in middle position,
Gain at 7
treble 3.5 to 4
mids at 4 to 5
color at 6.5
bass at 4.5
master at 3
----------------------------------------------------
another favorite setting is to reverse the color and bass settings while keeping everything else the same as above.
vari z at 1 oclock,
3 way bright / dark switch in middle position,
Gain at 7
treble 3.5 to 4
mids at 4 to 5
color at 4.5
bass at 6
master at 3
------------------------------------------------
When I play out, I normaly use a 1969 Emmons D.N. P.P, and pot pedal with Dunlop pot.
My playing out amp is always a Revelation with a TC M300 and Mosvalve 500. I use 2 - 15" cabinets with 1501-4 Peavey BW's. I run the presence controls on the Mosvalve at 7.
----------------------------------------------------
Here are a couple of pictures of how I set up my 2 identical racks. You can see which one has been staying home. I would not use these SKB racks for hard road use but for weekend playing, they hold up fine. I placed rubber blocks on the bottom to allow for air circulation when the bottom cover is removed.
Experiment and find "your sound" as its hard to get a poor one with your setup.
Hope this helps
