Hey Bill, they would lock you up for GRAND THEFT! Whoa!
Mike did a great job, as usual. Very smooth, and the Zum sounded wonderful.
The best way to "steal" his licks is to sign up for his 'Boot Camp'. He gives them away there. Laughing

Thanks guys. I didn't know we were going to be on last night. And yes the best way to get stuff off me is the boot camp. Legalized stealing or steeling. Winking

Well , Just short of stalking Mike this weekend in Nashville; I have about 9 hours invested in listening to him at The Wheel and The stage.
That was time well spent. His style, tone, and personality were stellar. His skill at working with guitar players and singers should be a course of it's own. He's as good as there is. If I lived anywhere near him I'd be first on his list for his Boot Camp.
Thanks for your hospitality Mr. Sweeney. We really enjoyed ourselves. Greg

Mike: I wish we could get that show down here. That's awesome that you got to play on the show. How is Teresa? It's been awhile but we will see you in St. Louis this year. Tell her hello for us. Your friends, Laurie & Roy

Very Happy Whoa! Rolling Eyes Laughing

Hi mike : great seeing and hearing you on Dave Church's portion of Sat's show. It's really nice to hear a professional, such as you, backing him, and the other back-up musicians are really good, too. You provide that sound as Hank would have loved working with you. You, my friend , are a fine steel guitarist.. And that Zum doesn't hurt your playing ability one bit.. Hope you return with Dave in the very near future.. Bernie Whoa! Whoa! Rolling Eyes Very Happy Very Happy

I've never seen Mike have a bad night. Probably the most consistently great player I've ever heard.

100% all the time? Far from it. I just do the best I can every time I play. Sometimes it just works out better than others.
