This is a Martin 3M Ukelele from the 1950's or 1960's. It is in nearly perfect condition and plays as loud and full as a regular guitar.
$2750 plus sh & ins.

Sorry to insult you Lefty but if you check around I think you will find that this is in the ballpark for this model. It has been appraised at $3000. I have an overseas offer of $2500. I would take that for it in the continental US. |

No insult to me. I have a couple of old ukes myself.
Guess I need to check the market as they seem to be bringing a premium.

There is quite a Uke fad going on. I know a guitar builder who makes most of his living on them! |

I just attended the 6th Annual Southern California Ukulele Festival in Cerritos, CA. It was a blast, even had some Hawaiian steel players, and I bought a nice little beginner tenor uke! Cost a little less than your nice Martin, Paul. But they had crazy price high end ukes there, too. _________________ E9 INSTRUCTION

Here is a nearly identical uke that sold recently on fleabay for $2,075. Mine doesn't have the inlaid stripe down the fretboard but is in substantially better condition, and has provenance.
