Where abouts in Switzerland are you going to be playing Mikey. I used to play there a lot, in Zurich and in Grindelveldt. Wonderful people, countryside and they have some good players over there too.
Hans Holzherr is worth meeting up with if you can.

Michael,
You might need to visit with Bobby Bowman about the Remington Steel . He helped Herb Remington with that guitar when Herb first started building pedal steels . Bobby can fill you in on whatever questions you might have, I would expect .
As you know, Bobby is a forum member so you can contact him that way .
Good luck on your gig in Switzerland ! It is a beautiful place ! _________________ John |

I've been playing a Sustainmaster for ten years and I love it. I have never had to retune the pedals and the pull is the same on all pedals and knees. |

Hi Mikey,
There were quiet a few different models/designs of the Remington steels. As far as I can remember, they were all "all pulls" and except for one of the very early models, were all triple raise/triple lowers. I think the "2000" was the last design that he had in the pedal guitars. Myself and David Parker basically designed and made every thing except the making of the cabinets and I can't remember who made those,,,,maybe Dusty Stewart.
The 2000 played pretty similar to the EMCI guitars.
My Yahoo email system is down and if they ever get it fixed I'll be able to read your email to me. Sorry for that inconvience. Call me at 281-856-9453 if you need to. I'll do whatever I can to help you.
Happy Thanksgiving and God bless,

Hi Mikey, are these the 3 concerts in Wetzikon on 12, 13, 14 Dec. of which it says 'mit zusätzlichen Gästen' (with additional guests)? There are no other concerts within a week from these.
