What is a decent fee to charge for playing steel in a studio? I have done quite a bit of studio work in the past but it was years ago. This will be in some larger commercial studios. I hope this is a fair question to ask without anybody revealing what they make. Maybe someone can give me a range or an idea. Thanks!

Do a search on the forum as this topic has been posted before and discussed in detail . Type in the same as the subject" Studio Fees - Steel Guitar" .

Go down the long list about 29 or 30 posts from the top and a gentleman by the name of Ben Miller posted the same topic . You can find your answers there .

Well around here it's usually a big basement, so it's usually just a hamburger and a hundred bucks if they have it..
