No. It's about three times what it would cost you in the USA, and it's a round neck guitar. Here's another auction for the same guitar type except in natural, rather than black.

Thanks, Brad. I'm interested in buying a good reasonably priced reso'.
At the moment I have an Epiphone which I bought cheaply, just in case I din't fancy taking it up seriously. Now that I'm in to it, can you give any recommendations?
Thanks, Arch.

How much money do you want to spend? I'd recommend checking with the London Resonator Centre and Resound for instruments already in the United Kingdom. If you want to import one from the USA, check with Paul Beard for one of their Gold Tone Beard guitars.

That link is to Paul Beard guitars...they look like amazing guitars. Here is a link to the GOLDTONE Paul Beard model on Musicians Friend for $549, square neck or round. I cannot figure out if these come with a case or not? anyone know? I would like to purchase one of these guitars if i can scrape the dough together some day.
