We had a GREAT time at the GSGA meeting yesterday. Joe Wright was over the top and it was a pleasure meeting his family. We look forward to seeing more of him now that he has "kin-folk" in Georgia.

Just a survey for the GSGA. How many steel players in Georgia live within a 100 mile radius of Atlanta?

Count me in. I live in a little happening called Newnan, about 40 miles from the big "A".

I really enjoyed the show Sunday and met a lot of great folks.

Joe Wright ain't right but a heckuva player and entertainer. Imagine laughing your head off while being in held in awe. There's a lot of great talent in Georgia.

I live in metro Atlanta and certainly wanted to be there Sunday but we had to play also. Joe Wright is one of my favorites and I sure hated not being there.

I live in Carrollton, GA, about 50 mile southwest of Atlanta. I couldn't make it to this show, but I will try to be at the next one. I am sure the music was great and a good time was had by all.

I live about 40 miles north of Atlanta.I try to go to every show. This was a Great Show! Cant wait till the next one. There are more steelers in the area than you might realize.I had no idea how many there were until Tommy Dodd was kind enough to invite me to the show in Saluda,SC about 7 or 8 years ago and then the ones around Atlanta. Now belonging to a great organization such as the GASGA I have learned more from watching these pros at the jams than I thought I ever would or could. For this, I am full of gratitude and I Thank each and every one who helps to keep this organization going and puts in the hard work it takes to put the jams together. Smile

I live in Columbus, Ga, would have loved to make the show but I play till 2AM Saturday night. I know thats no excuse and will really try to make the next one. It was easy for me when the Jam was in Hollenville but I'm sure Atlanta gives a much better turnout. Glad the Jan was a sucess with many great pickers, Shorty

I live within 100 miles about 4 months out of the year. The other 8 months I'm in college in Nashville.

I do.

We are pleased that everyone had a great time at last weekend's show and hope you plan to attend the next one in June '08 and bring some friends.

I want to especially thank the featured steel players, the staff band, and the officers and volunteers.
