Wow! I received my new MSA a few days ago. Very Happy What a fantastic instrument. The new longer scale has sustain for days. I also believe the beautiful wood body adds just a bit more depth to the tone, if that's possible. Everything one would expect and more from the makers and design of the new frontier in pedal steels... And no Dan, I'm not letting go of my Millenium Mr. Green !
My sincerest thanks to Reece, Kyle, Frank Carter and everyone at MSA!

Carl,
Thank you. I wanted to post pics with my original post, however, my wife's camera went on the blink.
There is a photo on the MSA site of a Legend guitar identical in color to mine. It is a reddish mahogany finish with mother of pearl inlay. Beautiful indeed.

Well, there is a little bit more to this story. Tommy actually had two Milleniums (Millenia?). He kept the red one, as mentioned, but the arrival of his new Legend had the wonderful effect of making his black Millenium available to me! So I'm now the proud owner of Tommy's previous black M. and the two of us are getting along famously. Superb axe!

My thanks also to Reece, Kyle and Frank Carter, who pulled out all the stops to get it to me in time for an important gig I had a few weeks ago. You guys are great!

Those are impressive guitars. If I ever learn to play the one I have, and Reece becomes a Washington Redskins fan, I just may take the leap buy one.

Okay, I honestly will consider removing that latter constraint, the former as well. Smile I really do like that Millenium.

Jay,
Thank you for posting the MSA Legend pic. It looks exactly like mine. Best instrument I've ever played and I've played a few.
Kevin,
Very pretty old Sho-Bud there. I'm sure it sounds good too. Smile
