I have a Nashville 112 in very good condition, and I have a cover for it. though the cover is a little big for the amp, it does it's job. It has the Ken Fox mod chips in it which really warms up the tone.
I think I paid $42 for the chips, so $375 plus shipping shouldn't be to much. Or I'll say $400 shipped. Here's a pic
