Joe Wright Rock instructional DVD

I'd like to know just how much Joe actually "talks you through" these videos, as opposed to how much you need to "see" what he's doing. . If you only had the audio portion of these DVD's, could you get the essentials?

Any other good rock n' roll instruction out there? Its got to be "talk tapes" and not visual--no tab. I have a tape of Paul Franklin from the mid 80's on Pop & Rock and its great--but I don't know of much else except for Joe Wright's stuff.
