Although I dumped Roxio a long time ago, in favor of Nero, because of their buggy software the problem may be your PC or PC's sound device rather than Roxio.
By "Audio Capture" are you referring to streaming audio from the Internet? If this is the case you need the "System Mixer" function (SoundBlaster calls this "What You Hear"). To check to see if you have the System Mixer/What You Hear and or if it's set as the default playback device go to Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Sound Panel. Click on Recording Tab. If this function is listed, RIGHT click on it and then set it as default. If this function is not listed, RIGHT click in a blank area on the panel and then LEFT click on Show Disabled Devices and if it's available it will display and you can select it as the Default Playback Device.
If this is not the issue, post back with more detail. |

Jack, thanks for the reply, I checked what you said, I believe something is missing, there is so much detail and I type so slow if you would email me a phone # or call me at 919-920-5482 and I will call back. Please do this at a time that is good for you, I also have a question on Nero, thanks again for the reply. |
