| Our next meeting will be Sunday, Dec. 2nd. at 2:30 PM at the Life Church in Katy,Tx. Directions : I-10 to Katy. Take Pin Oak exit. South on Pin Oak to Katy-Flewellen(about 300 yds, Chevron store on right). Turn right on Katy-Flewellen to Greenbuesch(first street on left). Left on Greenbuesch to The Life Church on your right. (about 1 mile) Load in at front entrance. All players should be there by 2:00pm to set up.At this meeting, every player will be a featured player. Have up to three songs ready. As this is our last meeting before Christmas, we invite everyone to bring some treats, soft drinks,snacks etc. to the meeting. All musicians, singers, and steel guitar fans are welcome. There will be a short teaching segment , then the pickin' begins. The meeting is free, however, we will have a donation box set up for those who would like to donate to help defray the expenses of operating the club. Anyone having product for sale(CD's, etc.) feel free to bring them to the meeting See you there, Jody, Billy, and Patty. |

Hey guys, I can't make it this time. I am playing Saturday night and then going out of town for family matters. I wished I could be there. That sounds like a great idea to have everyone as a featured player. Jody, I would love to do a tribute show to John Hughey. That would be a really nice thing to do when your calendar permits. Take care guys and enjoy your holidays.
