Need some help. I purchased Jerry Byrd's Hawaiian Steel Guitar Seminar instruction video on eBay earlier this year. Jerry demonstrates correct basic playing techniques, especially how to hold the bar correctly to do forward and reverse slants. Just watching him do these slants effortlessly tells you why he is the Master. Unfortunately, the video did not come with the instructional tablature book. Any suggestions where I might find a copy of this book. The tape was made by the American Production Services and possibly with the help of the Hawaiian Steel Guitar Association when they were in Washingtion State(?).
